Swtich your =) mood on ~
Heart is the base of our brain, what you actually thinking is not what your brain control but your heart is suppose to be controlling. When you pull your concentration to yourself, you will realize, your brain actually relay totally on your heart.
When you are angry, when you are upset, how did you recover? Think about it… somebody writes blog to express their feeling, somebody may sleep to un-face the reality, some may listen to the music to forget about it. This is all kinds of methods to make yourself forget the angriness and sadness? But do you think it works? When that person or that case come back to you to make you think back what is happening, will you know how to control your anger?
Actually anger is the main cause for depression, to prevent yourself from angry or upset, you must first have higher self-esteem. There is a formula for self-esteem which seems really logic. 
Self esteem = success rate / expectation
When you see this, surely you will think, what is it talking about?? Is there any relationship between this three terms? Yes… if not they wont be together in an equation =P
When you expect more, and you don’t have a high success rate, your self-esteem will be very low and you won’t be happy right?
So, we’re always learning how to reduce our craving which eventually reduce our expectation… see, when your expectation is approaching zero. dE/dx = 0, then no matter what is the success rate, your SELF-ESTEEM will always be INFINITY!! =D
No doubt,
There is always suffering in the world, and
There is main reason why a person suffer, but
There is always an end of suffering, because
There is always proper ways to prevent you from suffering.
Craving or desire come from us, come from ourselves. It’s a force that drives you crazy in your life. It makes you so HIGH sometimes and also very low when you are unlucky~  Desire  arise through your thinking, your mind and your thought. When you see or remember something that is not pleasant(for example, people talking bad on you, people cheating you) and you keep on thinking on it, you will start to angry or terribly upset. If you continue digging back the bad memory from you, we can say that you already cling on this or maybe you are craving to this thought. And when you are angry, you start to blame people that make you angry. But think about it, it’s yourself that start to think back all those bad memories which make you angry.
You get angry because you can’t control your mind. DO NOT dig out all the old rubbish back to your life! If your mind is clear and silent, you can break the tendency to create those bad thoughts. You are not that important for other peoples to “talk bad or cheat” on for a very long period~
You can actually let others scold you and you just smile to them…and forget about it. No more thinking on it which do not leads to any anger produced. We need to train our mind, do not let your mind go wild. Because emotion destroy your health.
When you are angry, your liver cells die.
When you are fear or shock, your kidney will be affected.
When you are sad, your heart will be affected.
So, have faint in yourself and do not give up in controlling your emotion.
Then, how to make yourself happy? First, bring your mind back to yourself, no matter how interesting that person talking, dancing, teaching or even sleeping. Do not throw your whole mind out enjoying, watching. Leave some with yourself to control yourself. Be calm no matter what happen to you…
Smile =) if you are really upset, fake your smile until you feel the real smile is coming back ~ =D If you really can’t feel the happiness in yourself, FAKE IT first.
After you use your left brain too much, you work too hard, you push yourself too much, you will lost your base which is heart. The heart maybe no longer connected to your brain. If this happen, you have to connect it back by silent mind.
There are total of two worlds, outer world and inner world. If we cannot change the world outside, then change the world inside to make it harmony. When you see anything, you have the choices to choose to be happy or down. It only depends on how you see, train your mind, to see only good stuff… then you will realize everything one the world is good =D
We don’t realize how fortune we are. We struggle everyday before we get up from our bed. But try to think, how would you feel if one day you wake up and you realize you cant even get up from the bed?
Appreciation is the lubricant of life, do not hesitate when you want to appreciate something. When you have bad thoughts on others, just think “what goes around comes around”. Mindfulness(whatever you do, you are aware and you know what are you doing) are important as well.
Lastly, success and happiness depends on how you able to control your emotion. We are living in a world which everything pass in a very short time. Dun remember the bad things, it is just a waste of time.
WE MUST live in a SIMPLE, SUSTAINABLE and MORE SPIRITUAL LIFE!!!
